These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Islandcraze website, mobile applications, platform, and all related services, products, and membership programs (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Islandcraze ("Islandcraze," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, subscribing to a membership, or making a booking through the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform, whether as a guest, a registered account holder, or a Member.
"Member" refers to a User who holds an active, paid Adventure Membership.
"Adventure Membership" refers to the annual paid subscription program offered by Islandcraze, providing access to exclusive travel-related benefits and pricing.
"Supplier" or "Third-Party Supplier" refers to independent third-party vendors, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transport operators, and excursion providers, whose services are made available through the Platform.
"Services" refers to the travel-related products, bookings, and information provided by Suppliers and facilitated by Islandcraze.
To use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are not prohibited by law from receiving travel services.
To access certain features, including the Adventure Membership, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Islandcraze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information.
6.1 Membership Overview: Islandcraze offers the Adventure Membership, an annual subscription program providing access to travel-related services, exclusive pricing, and platform benefits.
6.2 Annual Billing: The Adventure Membership is billed on an annual basis.
6.3 Membership Activation: Membership benefits are activated only upon successful processing of the annual membership fee and completion of the account registration process.
6.4 Membership Benefits: Benefits may include access to member-only pricing on hotel bookings, excursions, day passes, group trips, and other travel-related services.
6.5 Membership Limitations: Membership is personal to the registered Member and cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned.
6.6 Benefits Subject to Change: Islandcraze reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits, partnerships, or features at any time at its sole discretion, due to operational requirements, supplier availability, or business strategy.
7.1 Annual Payments: By subscribing to the Adventure Membership, you agree to pay the applicable annual membership fee displayed at checkout.
7.2 Non-Refundable Payments: Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. By completing your subscription purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7.3 Renewal Provisions: Unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your Adventure Membership may automatically renew for successive one-year terms at the then-current standard rate.
7.4 Payment Authorization: You authorize Islandcraze (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your designated payment method for the initial membership fee and any applicable renewal fees.
8.1 Booking Confirmations: A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive a formal booking confirmation email containing a reservation or itinerary number.
8.2 Supplier Acceptance: All bookings are subject to acceptance by the respective Third-Party Supplier.
8.3 Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of travel services are subject to change without notice prior to the completion of the booking. Islandcraze makes no guarantees regarding the availability of specific Supplier inventory.
8.4 Changes to Bookings: Any requests to modify or change a booking after confirmation are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and fees imposed by the relevant Supplier, as well as any applicable Islandcraze administrative fees.
9.1 Dynamic Pricing: Prices for travel services on the Platform are dynamic and fluctuate based on market conditions, seasonality, and Supplier pricing updates.
9.2 Member Pricing: Where available, Member Pricing is variable and dependent on Supplier agreements. Islandcraze does not guarantee fixed savings or universal discounts.
9.3 Taxes and Additional Fees: Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include local government taxes, resort fees, cleaning fees, or Platform service fees. These will be itemized at checkout or collected directly by the Supplier.
9.4 Pricing Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occur due to technical issues or Supplier API errors. In the event of a material pricing error, Islandcraze and its Suppliers reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information for all purchases. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method. Islandcraze utilizes secure third-party payment gateways and does not directly store full credit card numbers.
11.1 Membership Fees: As stated in Section 7, Adventure Membership fees are non-refundable.
11.2 Travel Bookings: Cancellations and refunds for travel-related services (hotels, excursions, transport) are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the specific Third-Party Supplier, which are presented to you during the booking process.
11.3 Supplier-Specific Cancellation Rules: You acknowledge that certain bookings, such as "non-refundable" promotional rates, cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be issued by the Supplier or Islandcraze.
11.4 Refund Processing: Where a refund is authorized by a Supplier, Islandcraze will process the refund to the original method of payment once funds are returned to us by the Supplier. Processing times may vary.
12.1 Passports and Visas: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you possess a valid passport, necessary visas, and any other required travel documentation for your destination and any transit points.
12.2 Entry and Health Requirements: You are responsible for complying with all immigration rules, customs regulations, health protocols, and required vaccinations of the destination.
12.3 Insurance Recommendations: Islandcraze strongly recommends that all Users purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and travel interruptions. Islandcraze is not responsible for losses incurred due to a User's failure to obtain adequate insurance.
13.1 Intermediary Status: Islandcraze acts exclusively as a technology platform and intermediary facilitator connecting you with Third-Party Suppliers. Islandcraze does not own, manage, operate, or control the travel services, accommodations, or experiences provided.
13.2 Supplier Responsibility: Third-Party Suppliers are solely responsible for the delivery, quality, and safety of their respective products and services.
13.3 Independent Contractor Relationship: Suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or representatives of Islandcraze.
13.4 Supplier Terms Prevail: Your interaction with any Supplier is governed by the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and waivers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Supplier's terms regarding the delivery of a service, the Supplier's terms shall prevail.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during account creation and the booking process (e.g., matching passenger names to legal identification). You agree to interact respectfully with Islandcraze staff, Suppliers, and other Users.
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to branding, text, graphics, logos, images, software, trademarks, and source code, is the exclusive property of Islandcraze or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLANDCRAZE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

In no event shall Islandcraze's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to Islandcraze in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Islandcraze, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Platform.
Islandcraze reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account, Adventure Membership, and access to the Platform if we suspect or determine that you have engaged in fraud, misconduct, abuse, illegal activity, or any breach of these Terms or related policies. In the event of termination for cause, no refunds of membership fees or pending bookings will be issued.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including notices, agreements, billing disclosures, and promotional emails. You agree that all electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Islandcraze reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform or maintenance of your Adventure Membership following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through informal negotiation. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation located in Jamaica prior to initiating any formal court proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Pricing & Savings Policy, and any other legal notices published by Islandcraze on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Islandcraze concerning your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals.
