The purpose of this Policy is to provide complete transparency regarding how prices are determined, how savings are calculated, and the variable nature of the travel-related services offered through our Platform.
1.2 Scope of Application: By accessing the Platform, registering for a free account, or subscribing to the Adventure Membership under the Islandcraze Club, you ("User," "Member," or "you") expressly agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement and should be read in conjunction with our standard Terms of Service.
Islandcraze operates a dual-tier pricing system designed to aggregate and facilitate bookings for third-party suppliers (including hotels, excursions, day passes, and transport services).
2.1 Free Users: Users who access the Platform without an active Adventure Membership are subject to "Standard Public Pricing." These prices reflect standard market rates as provided by our third-party suppliers.
2.2 Adventure Members: Users holding an active, paid Adventure Membership via the Islandcraze Club are granted access to "Member Pricing." Member Pricing provides access to dynamic, variable rates that may differ from Standard Public Pricing, subject to the conditions set forth in this Policy.
3.1 Definition: "Member Pricing" refers to exclusive, restricted-access rates made available solely to active Adventure Members.
3.2 Application Across Services: Member Pricing may be applied across various service categories, including but not limited to hotel bookings, excursions, day passes, and curated travel experiences. However, Member Pricing is not universally applicable to all inventory on the Platform. The availability of Member Pricing is strictly contingent upon supplier agreements, inventory allocation, and real-time market conditions.
4.1 No Guaranteed Savings Clause: Islandcraze expressly disclaims any guarantee of fixed discounts, minimum savings, or specific percentage reductions. An Adventure Membership does not guarantee that a Member will save money on every booking or achieve a specific monetary return on the cost of the membership subscription.
4.2 Variable and Dynamic Nature of Discounts: Any savings, discounts, or price reductions presented to Members are inherently dynamic. Savings are highly variable and fluctuate based on factors including, but not limited to:
4.3 Parity in Pricing: Members acknowledge that, in certain instances, there may be no difference between Standard Public Pricing and Member Pricing for a specific booking.
5.1 Price Presentation: Where applicable, Islandcraze may display a comparison between the Standard Public Pricing (often represented by a strike-through price) and the Member Pricing. Any such comparison is for illustrative purposes only, reflecting the difference between the retail rate provided by the supplier and the restricted Member rate at that specific moment in time.
5.2 Real-Time Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all displayed prices are accurate. However, because our Platform relies on live data feeds from third-party suppliers, the price displayed on a search results page may differ from the final price at checkout.
5.3 Binding Price: The only legally binding price is the final total price presented at the checkout screen immediately prior to the execution of payment.
6.1 Supplier-Driven Price Changes: All base pricing on the Islandcraze platform is established and controlled by independent third-party suppliers. Islandcraze does not own, manage, or arbitrarily set the base cost of the travel services provided.
6.2 Real-Time Adjustments: Prices for travel services are entirely dynamic and subject to real-time market fluctuations. Prices may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice.
6.3 No Price Locks: Islandcraze does not offer "price locks" or price holds unless explicitly stated during a specific promotional event. Adding an item to a digital cart or wish list does not reserve the quoted rate.
7.1 Composition of Final Price: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the base rates displayed for both Free Users and Members may not include applicable taxes and fees.
7.2 Types of Surcharges: The final checkout price may include:

8.2 Eligibility and Stacking: Promotions are strictly subject to eligibility requirements defined at the time of the offer. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Islandcraze, Promotions cannot be stacked, combined with existing Member Pricing, or applied retroactively to completed bookings.
8.3 Discretion: Islandcraze reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time, without notice and at its absolute discretion.
9.1 Non-Applicability of Member Pricing: Member Pricing may be excluded under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

11.1 No Liability for Perceived Discrepancies: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islandcraze shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from a Member’s expectation of savings, perceived discrepancies between actual and anticipated discounts, or the lack of availability of Member Pricing for specific inventory.
11.2 No Liability for Supplier Actions: Islandcraze shall not be held liable for sudden price changes initiated by suppliers, technical errors in supplier API pricing data, or a supplier's refusal to honor a rate due to their own system errors.
12.1 Independent Entities: Islandcraze operates exclusively as an intermediary platform. All hotels, transport providers, excursion operators, and other suppliers are independent contractors and not agents, employees, or joint ventures of Islandcraze.
12.2 Supplier Terms: Any booking made is strictly subject to the individual pricing rules, cancellation policies, and terms and conditions of the specific third-party supplier.
13.1 Right to Modify: Islandcraze reserves the unconditional right to modify, amend, or update this Pricing & Savings Policy at any time, including changes to how Member Pricing is calculated or structured.
13.2 Notification: Significant material changes will be communicated to Members via email or through prominent notices on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform or the Adventure Membership following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.1 Good Faith Negotiation: In the event of any pricing or savings-related dispute, the User agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting Islandcraze Customer Support and allowing a 30-day resolution period.
15.2 Mediation and Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or mediation located in Jamaica, prior to initiating any formal litigation in a court of law.
