Book a hotel on our website while signed in and you earn cashback on the amount you paid: 5% as an Adventure Club member, 3% with a free account. It shows as pending when you book and becomes available 2 days after you check out. Cashback is earned on hotel bookings only, not on flights, vacation packages or experiences, and is removed if the booking is cancelled or refunded.
Cashback is credit toward future hotel bookings on our website. Sign in and tick “Apply cashback” at hotel checkout and it comes off the price before you pay. It has no cash value and can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and it expires 12 months after it becomes available. The full rules are in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, if you create an account, or sign in to or verify one, using the email address on the booking within 30 days of booking. The cashback for that booking is then added to that account.
No. Cashback is earned on hotel bookings only. Flights, flight + hotel vacation packages and experiences do not earn cashback, but your cashback can be spent on your next hotel booking.
